Terms & Conditions — Ofaami (On-Demand Booking)
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ofaami, an on-demand booking service (website and mobile application) based in Nigeria. By accessing or using the Ofaami website or mobile app (collectively the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ofaami, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms may be updated from time to time; it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend bookings in the event of a breach of these Terms.
5. Payment and Fees

As a User you agree to:

7. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service Providers must:

- Honor bookings made through Ofaami in a timely, professional manner.
- Have the necessary skills, licenses, and insurance for the services offered.
Note: Ofaami is not responsible for actions or omissions of Service Providers.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or entity, including Ofaami representatives.
- Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
- Collect or harvest other Users' personal data without consent.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfere with the functioning of Ofaami's website, app, or servers.
9. Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for other reasons we deem necessary. Termination may result in loss of access to features and forfeiture of balances, credits, or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ofaami, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents will not be liable for damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Service.
- Interactions or disputes with Service Providers.
- Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for services through Ofaami during the three months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ofaami, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
